What is a Technician Level 1?

Ancon provides industrial cleaning and related services to customers such as refineries and power plants. Working on the team is always rewarding, is often adventurous, but isn't always easy. Technicians that do best are those that can accept the challenge of working conditions that include being outside, at heights, in confined spaces, in heat and able to follow safe work procedures.

What type of Career does a Tech 1 position lead to?

Within the Tech class of positions, you can qualify quickly to step up to Tech Levels 2 & 3, each coming with a pay increase.

What are the Qualifications for the Tech 1 position?

• TWIC Card: (Transportation Worker Identification Credential background check)
• RSO (Refinery Safety Overview- 20 hours) Note- If you don't have a TWIC Card and/or RSO, we will help you to get them
• Physically Fit for physical work requirements (and Respirator Fit Test)
• Onboarding and Random Drug Testing
