Adecco Staffing is currently seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant for a client site in Moreno Valley, CA. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources and a solid understanding of administrative processes. Payroll experience is a plus, as you'll support key HR functions including onboarding, employee record management, and timekeeping coordination. the starting pay is in the range of $22-27 hourly depending on expereience.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with daily operations.
Maintain employee files and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
Assist with onboarding, new hire orientations, and offboarding processes.
Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timekeeping information.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
Coordinate communication between departments and assist with HR reporting.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related administrative role required.
Prior exposure to payroll or timekeeping systems preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
