Adecco Staffing is currently seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant for a client site in Moreno Valley, CA. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources and a solid understanding of administrative processes. Payroll experience is a plus, as you'll support key HR functions including onboarding, employee record management, and timekeeping coordination. the starting pay is in the range of $22-27 hourly depending on expereience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with daily operations.

• Maintain employee files and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.

• Assist with onboarding, new hire orientations, and offboarding processes.

• Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timekeeping information.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR matters.

• Coordinate communication between departments and assist with HR reporting.

• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related administrative role required.

• Prior exposure to payroll or timekeeping systems preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
