Job Responsibilities
✅ Generate and manage a pipeline of mortgage loan applications
✅ Build and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, and referral partners
✅ Educate borrowers on loan options, qualification requirements, and the mortgage process
✅ Collect and review necessary documents for loan processing
✅ Stay up to date on mortgage products, lending guidelines, and market trends
✅ Collaborate with our processing team to ensure smooth and timely loan closings
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)in OH, MI, FL, TX, GA, TN, UT, CO, VA, IN (or willingness to obtain). More states to follow.
✔️ Strong sales and networking skills
✔️ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✔️ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
✔️ Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS) and mortgage technology is a plus
