We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Travel Agent Specialist to join our team. In this fully remote role you'll craft memorable travel experiences for clients everything from weekend getaways to once-in-a-lifetime vacations while enjoying the flexibility to work from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to capture travel preferences, needs and budgets; manage multiple client requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Research destinations, accommodations, transport options, activities and local requirements to create safe, practical recommendations.
  • Design and present clear, customized itineraries that meet client objectives.
  • Coordinate and confirm bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, tours and car rentals; maintain accurate booking records.
  • Provide timely, proactive support before, during and after travel including problem resolution and itinerary adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor industry updates, travel advisories and supplier policies to ensure compliant and current guidance.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organization, research ability and attention to detail.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing time effectively.
  • Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Familiarity with online travel booking tools/platforms is a plus.
