Fundraising Consultant, Private Equity Real Estate Fund (Potential Full-Time Opportunity)

Job Description:

Cypress Capital Group is seeking a Fundraising Consultant to target $100M raise from high-net-worth individuals and family offices for our Fourth Silicon Valley Private Equity Real Estate Fund. This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position, leading Investor Relations and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise $100M capital from high-net-worth individuals and family offices
• Create compelling presentation materials
• Build and manage relationships with investors
• Collaborate with the senior team on fundraising strategy

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience raising capital from high-net-worth individuals and family offices
• Proven track record of successful capital raising
• Strong business development, relationship management, and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with integrity and creativity
• Institutional investor relations are not required at this time

Compensation:

5% success fee on capital raised through your capital introductions (No retainer)
