Karting Overview: Atlanta Motorsports Parks Kart Racing division offers a premier karting experience for drivers of all levelsfrom first-timers to seasoned pros. We are committed to delivering a safe, skill-building, and exhilarating motorsports environment. As a team member at AMP, youll be part of a dynamic, passionate team focused on excellence and innovation. This is an hourly paid full-time position working Wednesday to Sunday. Weekends and Select Open Holidays are Required.Key Responsibilities Team Leadershipo Supervise and assist with scheduling parts department staff as neededo Manage performance, and assist all parts employees when needed o May serve as a manager on duty (MOD) to open or close Kart Track as needed Customer Service & Saleso Provide expert guidance and recommendations on race kart partso Manage parts sales, repairs, upgrades, and race chassis saleso Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email Inventory & Parts Managemento Order, receive, stock, and track partso Maintain bin locations, perform cycle counts, and keep parts room organized Service Operationso Create service jobs, assign tasks, and pull parts for technicianso Document maintenance and manage records in system softwareo Schedule concierge services and private instructions Point of Sale & CRM Systemso Process invoices, update customer records, and ensure accurate data entryo Use POS, CRM tools, Google Docs, and Excel Website & Inventory Maintenanceo Update online store listings with images, product info, and inventory Facility & Safety Standardso Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspaceo Support facility upkeep and enforce safety practicesQualifications & Requirements Strong leadership and team management experience Knowledge of race kart parts, tuning, and service (multiple classes preferred) Background in small engine service and repair Inventory control and order processing experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliable transportation Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in loud, active and all weather condition environments Passion for motorsports and delivering an exceptional customer experience Must work weekends and select open holidaysDisclaimersCompensation is based on experience and qualifications.
