Job Opportunity:

BHSI has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Specialist at Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection (BHTP). This person will work as the day-to-day liaison within BHTP to manage the sales pipeline through the Salesforce system and account onboarding process. You will help partners to understand our products and booking platforms. The role is based in our Stevens Point, WI office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to partner onboarding questions and day to day questions that come through our main BHTP Sales Inbox
  • Demonstrate and discuss product features and benefits through presentations, phone calls, and email
  • Work as a liaison between partners and the claims team for escalations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and progress in CRM systems
  • Work closely with the Sales team to plan and enhance sales strategies
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge
  • Travel as needed on a limited basis

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a sales or related field, demonstrating a record of successful sales
  • Exceptional product knowledge and the ability to discuss complex information in an understandable manner
  • Strong customer service and people skills
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability and competence in Salesforce software for sales tools for lead management and reporting
  • Results oriented with a strong belief in timely response and meeting goals
  • Proficiency in MS Office

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000, along with annual bonus eligibility. Total compensation for a candidate is determined by their relevant skills, location, and experience.
