J Street is expanding in the heart of downtown Burleson, and we're assembling a team that knows how to connect, close, and care. We're seeking a Leasing Consultant who's not just friendly and organized—but driven to lease and achieve goals.

If you're energized by the thrill of the tour, excel at turning "just looking" into "where do I sign?" , and understand that exceptional service keeps residents renewing, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lease apartments like a pro—from first call to signed lease
• Meet and exceed leasing and renewal goals (you love a leaderboard)
• Greet prospects with confidence, qualify leads, and showcase our beautiful apartments
• Handle resident inquiries, rent collection, and follow-ups with care and professionalism
• Maintain spotless models, organized files (yes, most everything is online!), and a guest-ready desk
• Complete applications, process paperwork, and adhere to fair housing standards
• Collaborate with the team to support reports, events, inspections, and daily tasks
• Stay informed on comps and market trends

You’ll Crush This Role If You:

• Thrive in a sales-focused environment—and love to win
• Maintain a closing ratio of 50% or better
• Possess strong communication and people skills
• Are organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Are familiar with Yardi, Bluemoon, and Fair Housing (or can learn quickly)
• Are comfortable with light physical tasks (showing units, walking grounds)
• Bring a great attitude and a desire to build something special
