What you'll do: As a UX Researcher at Zipcar, you will conduct quantitative and qualitative research in support of our product strategy and roadmap. You'll solve complex problems through generative and evaluative research, work with cross-functional teams to design new products and experiences and serve as the voice of the customer across our organization.
What you'll love about being a Zipster: - Lead impactful research end-to-end: Plan and execute generative and evaluative studies from start to finish, including scoping, recruitment, data collection, analysis, and delivering actionable insights.

What drives success for a UX Researcher: - 3+ years of research experience: You're an empathetic, passionate researcher with a deep specialization in UX research and a broad set of skills across quantitative and qualitative research.
- Engaging storyteller: You have a talent for turning insights into compelling narratives, communicating clearly and effectively through writing and presentations tailored to a range of audiences.
