We are seeking a results-driven and highly skilled  PPC Digital Marketer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of boosting brand visibility, driving conversions, and achieving a strong ROI through strategic ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Setup:

• Develop and implement paid advertising strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and ad opportunities.

Campaign Management:

• Create, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Design ad sets, creatives, and targeting parameters to maximize engagement.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.).
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ad effectiveness.

Budget Management:

• Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals.
• Ensure efficient spending while meeting or exceeding KPIs.

Creative Collaboration:

• Work closely with designers and content creators to produce compelling ad creatives.
• Test various ad formats, headlines, and CTAs for optimal performance.

Platform Expertise:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Experiment with new ad features and trends to maintain competitive advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Proficiency in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent copywriting skills for ad copy and headlines.
• Familiarity with audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
