The Work:
+ Understand client challenges and articulate the value of transformation in terms of business outcomes

Please note we are open to hiring in most major cities across the US, where Accenture has a Corporate office.
Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Utility Industry, Customer Service project delivery / Customer Transformation project delivery
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical advisory or consulting role
+ Minimum of 3 years of functional experience with either an SAP or Oracle platform.
+ Expertise in Meter to Cash operations, functions and technologies
+ Expertise in major Customer Transformation and technology implementations (e.g. CIS replacements)
+ Bachelors degree
+ Ability to travel 50% or more, as needed.

+ You improvise and adapt to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguity
+ Youve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to: design business process, lead design thinking workshops, develop business case, deliver agile projects, develop new operating model, manage talent and change, co-create intellectual property

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
