Job Details

• Position: Sonographer
• Location: Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts
• Facility: Brigham & Women's Faulkner Hospital
• Hospital System: Mass General Brigham
• Shift: 3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
• Some call required
• Preference for candidates with OB/GYN experience

Job Requirements

• ARDMS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date
• MA Conditional Licenses not accepted

Schedule Information

• Shift: 3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Some call required

Additional Details

• Fit Test (N95) within 365 days of start date and updated annually
• Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break
• Physician Health Statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
• Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred
• Tdap vaccine within 10 years preferred
• Criminal background checks and CORI checks required within specified timeframes
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission
• References required for submission
• Skills checklist required for submission
• Confirmation of Assignment/POI form required for all initial assignments and extensions
• Education verification required
• SSN trace required
• National sex offender check required
• Exclusion checks required
