• The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing support during routine health visits or diagnostic procedures.
• This entry-level role focuses on delivering compassionate assistance, maintaining the waiting area, and learning phlebotomy skills to grow within the organization.

• Greet patients, answer questions, and assist with check-ins via kiosk or handheld tablet.
• Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of the waiting area.
