Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Med/Surg position requiring an active MA RN license and recent flu and COVID vaccination.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in an acute medical/surgical unit within a hospital setting
• Schedule is 36 hours per week with day/night rotation
• Uses Epic for charting
• No pets or guests permitted in shared housing; own transportation is required
• Holiday coverage may be required as part of the schedule
• No religious or medical exemptions are permitted for flu or COVID-19 vaccination requirements
• Parking may have associated costs and availability varies by location
• Shared housing is provided; no pets or guests allowed
• Candidate must bring their own transportation
• Timekeeping is managed with UKG/Kronos system
• RTO must be communicated at the time of consideration
• First time travelers are eligible for consideration

\n \n Requirements\n

• Active MA RN license required at the time of consideration; conditional licenses are not accepted
• BLS certification from AHA is required
• Proof of flu vaccination is required
• Completed COVID-19 vaccination series approved by the FDA or WHO is required
• Two professional references must be provided
• Experience with Epic charting is preferred
