We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to oversee field operations, ensure high-quality workmanship, and drive projects to successful completion. The Mechanical Superintendent will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate crews and subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with plans and specifications.

• Oversee and manage all mechanical construction activities on site
• Coordinate and supervise crews, subcontractors, and daily work assignments
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Maintain project schedule; monitor progress and resolve delays proactively
• Enforce site safety policies and OSHA regulations; lead safety meetings and inspections
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, clients, and inspectors
• Review materials, equipment needs, and ensure timely delivery to site
• Track productivity, progress, and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Identify and troubleshoot project challenges
• Ensure workmanship meets company standards and client expectations

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Superintendent or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, equipment installation, and construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or trade certification preferred
