• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries
• Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
• Maintain accurate, complete, and organized digital AP files and emails
• Pays vendors by checking discount opportunities, scheduling, and preparing checks, and resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
