Studio Manager – MuseBody (San Francisco)

MuseBody isn’t just a workout — it’s a movement. We’re a next-generation boutique fitness studio blending science-backed training, FAR infrared heat, and Red light therapy and Near Infrared Light Therapy to create results that look as good as they feel .

We’re searching for a Studio Manager who’s more than an operator — we want a people magnet , someone who thrives on building community, rallying a team, and setting the vibe the moment someone walks in the door.

This isn’t a traditional “sales-heavy” role — our AI systems handle the day-to-day membership pipeline and retention. Your role is to be the heartbeat of the studio floor and to drive growth opportunities — from landing corporate wellness packages to creating buzz-worthy events and retail activations.

• Be the face and energy of MuseBody — greeting members, sparking connections, and creating a community people are obsessed with.
• Lead daily operations — scheduling, payroll submissions, and making sure every class runs seamlessly.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver excellence in every interaction.
• Take ownership of growth sales opportunities :
• Build and pitch corporate wellness memberships.
• Coordinate special events, activations, and partnerships that generate revenue and awareness.
• Grow retail sales through creative curation and client engagement.
• Collaborate with ownership and AI-powered systems to track KPIs and fuel expansion.

• A natural connector — highly social, approachable, and magnetic.
• 2+ years of leadership in fitness, hospitality, or retail.
• Comfortable with both community-building and growth-oriented sales .
• Organized and detail-oriented but thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Excited to work with modern tools and AI-powered systems.

• Base salary: $65K–$75K DOE (San Francisco market)
