10-15 entry-level Solar Advisors to join our team.
No experience? No problem. We provide full training you just need to bring hustle, grit, and a coachable mindset. With us, your effort translates directly into opportunity, growth, and uncapped earnings
Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and engage potential customers by generating leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Clearly communicate the financial and environmental advantages of solar energy, while guiding clients through available incentives, tax credits, and rebates.
- Present personalized solar proposals that address client needs, expertly handle questions or concerns, and negotiate favorable terms to close contracts.
- Work closely with the sales team to not only meet but exceed both individual and team sales targets, sharing innovative strategies and best practices.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships by offering outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements - Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of the solar industry or door-to-door sales is a plus, but not required.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
