We are seeking a Sr. Talend Developer to join our team, focusing on ETL development and data integration. This role requires hands-on experience with Talend , while additional experience with other ETL tools is a plus. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

This is a hybrid position, and will require some onsite presence in the office. This role is available in both Chantilly, VA or Deerfield, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Talend .
• Work with large datasets to transform and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Talend and at least 5 years’ experience for ETL development.
• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Experience with data integration, data modeling, and transformation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with other ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, DataStage).
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Shell scripting.

Job Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Proficiency using a computer and common professional programs (ex: Office 365)
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: Starting at $65.00/hr and there is flexibility for higher compensation, based on experience.
