SDR Manager
Full Time Role

Here's how you'll become a key player with this opportunity:

You will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives, guiding them to build a strong sales pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting. In partnership with leadership, you’ll drive performance and implement strategies that fuel sales growth.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:

• Manage and mentor an SDR team to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Deliver ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional growth opportunities
• Track and report individual and team performance to leadership, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Oversee daily activity goals and reporting for stakeholders while ensuring adherence to SDR Playbook and engagement rules
• Collaborate with marketing to refine lead scoring and demand generation processes
• Work closely with sales training to enhance team skills in prospecting, objection handling, and product knowledge
• Establish regular training sessions to boost SDR effectiveness
• Partner with Account Executives to optimize prospecting plans

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience managing a Sales Development team
• 2 years of prior experience as a sales development representative
• Strong proficiency in Excel/modeling and familiarity with GSuite products
• Experience with Tableau for reporting
• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software tools
