Job Summary

Our Housekeeping Team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire resort with precise attention to detail. Room Attendants work diligently to clean all guest rooms on a daily basis within a specific deadline.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent cleaning service to all guests during the shift
• Clean guest rooms to four-star standards with attention to detail by using correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements
• Maintain good time management by always completing tasks with a sense of urgency
• Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms, as well as company and guest property
• Consistently ensure all furniture and guest room materials are in proper location, reporting damage immediately
• Actively follow safety and security procedures
• Recognize and dispatch any maintenance items or safety hazards to the appropriate team member
• Assist guests with questions and requests when approached by being aware of events and activities available at the resort

Requirements

• Ability to accurately and efficiently report information
• Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance and work environment at all times
• Physical stamina and mobility, including ability to lift, reach, kneel, and/or bend for up to eight hours a day
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• 1+ years of cleaning experience. Experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred
