Join our team at Ryder as a Class A CDL Truck Driver! We are looking for dedicated professionals to drive solo in a regional capacity, delivering products efficiently and safely.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Weekly Pay: Earn up to $1650
• Pay for Solo Miles: $0.55 per mile, covering 2500 - 3000 miles weekly
• Stop Pay: $19.05 for each stop, with an average of 3 - 7 stops weekly
• Nights Out: Expect to be on the road 3 - 4 nights per week
• Safety Bonus: $500 every quarter
• Sign-On Bonus: $1500 after 30 days and another $1500 after 90 days
• Paid Training and Orientation
• Flexible Schedule: Work Sunday to Friday with morning dispatch

• Deliveries to various states including MI, WI, KS, PA, NJ, NY (excluding NYC), SC, NC, OH, FL, IN, KY, TN, and GA
• Operating a Sleeper Tractor with 53' Dry Van, Curtainside Trailers
• Handling freight including molding and building products, requiring load securement with straps and bungee cords
• Trucks are under 36 months old with 24/7 roadside maintenance available

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Successful completion of Ryder's drug test
• Background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the past 3 years
• Pass DOT physical and Ryder road test
• Possess valid Class A CDL with necessary endorsements
• Minimum driving experience in a tractor-trailer: 9 months within last 3 years, 2 years within last 5 years, or 5 years within last 10 years
• Ability to follow instructions and regulations
