Hours & Pay Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Day shift, typically 6:30 AM-4:30 PM (hours may adjust based on operational needs)
What You'll Do - Accurately transcribe pathology reports, medical correspondence, and related healthcare documents
- Apply advanced medical terminology knowledge to ensure precise and reliable transcription
- Transcribe audio dictations from multiple physicians with varying speech patterns and dialects
- Meet daily deadlines through strong time management and task prioritization
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify and confirm report details
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards
- Utilize multiple medical reporting and transcription systems efficiently

What We're Looking For - 1-2 years of medical transcription experience, specifically in pathology
