  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach. Coache less experienced staff in organizational skills.
  • Ensure adherence to The Lionakis Way standards for design, quality control, and production related to project management, and contribute to further development of these standards.
  • Advise project leaders on client and consultant requested changes to the scope of work, determine the impact on the project budget and schedule, and excel in scope management from proposal through closeout.
  • Review and evaluate documents for accuracy with internal teams and external consultants in preparation for formal Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC).
  • Delegate tasks to Interior Designers and provide coaching.
  • Collaborate with project leaders to develop action plans related to project issues.
  • Assist with the development of and adherence to work plans, assist the Principal in Charge (PIC) with fee development, and monitor project financial status related to the scope.

Because we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive organization, we understand the best candidate may come from a non-traditional background to our field of work. We strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don't believe you meet every one of the qualifications described above. Diversity makes us better.
