The Outreach Executive (OE) is responsible for developing relationships with community members to engage Medicare seniors with Oak Street Health. Outreach Executives aim to encourage Medicare seniors to become patients of Oak Street Health. Outreach Executives work closely with Outreach Managers, Outreach Directors, and Community Relationship Managers to drive new patient growth within their assigned territories. Core Responsibilities Generating leads by engaging the Medicare senior community through event execution and local outreach. Maintaining knowledge of internal sales systems and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings to learn about updates on services, workstreams, and initiatives. Prospecting and cold calling prospects and new leads, including those generated through digital channels and other Outreach Executives. Nurturing prospective patients via email, phone, and networking with an ambitious approach. Collaborating with Community Relationship Managers, other Outreach Executives, and Outreach Managers/Directors to generate leads with community members or insurance agents. Relationship Management Maintaining consistent contact with prospects to promote new patient growth. Recording customer information and sales activities into CRM and other systems. Serving as a point of contact for the clinical and center teams regarding patient questions. Addressing concerns or complaints from prospects and patients by understanding issues or directing them to appropriate staff. Performing other duties as assigned. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Being a team player and contributing to team effectiveness. Sales and/or healthcare experience is a plus.
