Position: Operations Manager

Location: Hillsborough, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational functions of the landscaping business, including scheduling, planning, and execution of landscaping projects for residential and commercial properties.
• Manage a team of landscapers and crew members, ensuring optimal performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain and foster relationships with existing customers while actively seeking opportunities to grow and acquire new clientele.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and business growth.
• Coordinate snow removal operations during winter months, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to clients.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of landscaping supplies, equipment, and materials to support ongoing operations.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership or management role within the landscaping industry.
• Strong understanding of landscaping practices, techniques, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards related to landscaping and snow removal operations.
