Summary

Join the Icon Real Estate Team as a proactive Remote Listing Specialist and become a vital member of our dynamic group. Applicants must hold an active real estate license.

As a Remote Listing Specialist, you'll benefit from the support of our Sales Team, who will arrange listing appointments directly through your Calendly. Our team consistently schedules between 63 and 80 listing appointments each week. To ensure you have plenty of opportunities, we limit our hiring to two specialists per market.

You'll have access to Brivity, an advanced CRM, to help you cultivate and grow your business. Additionally, our experienced Transaction Coordinator will assist you with documentation and compliance tasks. Our team operates on an opportunity-driven model, meaning as you advance, we advance with you, offering continuous opportunities to elevate your career as a Realtor.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in advanced remote sales training
• Conduct virtual sales calls with sellers and present offers
• Demonstrate expertise in the sales conversation
• Communicate with a buyer's agent when tasks need to be completed
• Track activities and clients in Brivity Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Overcoming objections by creative problem solving comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
