POSITION SUMMARY: - Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment.
- Sort cargo before loading and unloading.
- Receive finished goods, inspect for damage, organize and accurately record inventory using production sheets or work tickets
- Record numbers of units handled or moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
- Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported.
- Operate industrial forklift and motorized pallet jacks in warehousing chain link bales according to SKU numbers and material type
- Maintain equipment storage areas to ensure that inventory is protected.
- Pack containers and re-pack damaged containers.
- Carry needed tools or supplies from storage or trucks and return them after use.
- Pull and prepare rolled/bundled fence product and load fencing rolls onto a flatbed truck for customers' orders and shipping
- Follow established safety procedures when performing tasks and/or working with equipment.
- Perform miscellaneous yard/warehouse duties as necessary and as directed by the supervisor
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Follow established safety procedures when performing tasks and/or working with equipment.
- Read work instructions and set up machines as required to run different product sizes.
- Stand or walk for the entire shift and use arms and back to perform the tasks associated with the role.
- Must be able to work overtime as required with Saturday availability.
- Forklift experience preferred

Requirements
NECESSARY SKILLS, BACKGROUND & COMPETENCIES: - Must be able to work in a team-based, positive, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to understand written instructions and follow procedures.
- Forklift exp preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Loading experience
- Schedule-6am-4:30pm
