*WHAT YOULL DO* As a Mental Health Therapist, youll provide individual and group therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities in a structured, faith-filled environment. Youll help develop treatment plans, participate in clinical collaboration, and walk alongside patients as they pursue healing in mind, body, and spirit.

*Key Responsibilities Include:*

Facilitate individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques and interventions

Collaborate with patients to develop individualized treatment plans

Complete therapy notes, group notes, BPSAs, and discharge summaries

Actively participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and treatment team discussions

Help maintain a therapeutic, structured, and spiritually supportive environment

Maintain an active Florida license and CEU compliance (if licensed)

Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution when needed

Uphold ethical standards and professional boundaries with all current and former patients

Maintain a case load of 1530 individual sessions per week (adjusted in consideration of group facilitation)

*ROLE DETAILS*

Pay: $60,000$85,000/year (commensurate with licensure and experience)

Shifts Available:

o MondayFriday: 8am4pm | 9am5pm | 1pm9pm

o WednesdaySunday: 8am4pm | 9am5pm

Location: Greenville, FL (~3550 minutes from Tallahassee, FL or Valdosta, GA)

*QUALIFICATIONS*

Masters degree in mental health counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field

Active Florida license (required)

Experience working with adult patients with mental health or substance use disorders (preferred)

EMDR or other trauma modality training (preferred)

Background check and drug screening per state regulations

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, electronic medical records)
