We offer a complete range of services, both massage and facials. Massage is following all of the current Health Department guidelines as well as the CAMTC. We offer immediate client base with hundreds of guests and a nationwide presence. In-house training to increase your skill, knowledge, and experience. One 60 minute massage or facial each month - Massage/Facials For You! Paid vacation with a longer term commitment. Paid sick leave. No need to pay for space or supplies. Typical schedule is 24 - 30 hours per week. Can have an active CAMTC license and/or 500 hours of MT training from an accredited school. Must have MT insurance and we will need to be added as an additional insured. Design your own breaks. We want you to work to your capability. Earn extra dollars by performing additional add-on services for each guest. Work at one or more of our locations as you prefer. Find the best one for you. Complimentary scheduled massage or facial each month. No trades required. Family atmosphere. Owner is always available and actively involved. Hydraulic Lift Tables. Table and Towel Warmers and Hot Stones in Each Room. We provide all your supplies. We just want you!
Provide excellent Guest service. Able to perform in 50, 80, and potentially 110 minute sessions. Comfortable with both Swedish, Deep Tissue. Willing to do pre-natal and sports massage as needed, customized with Massage Heights training. Educate Guests on services, products and programs available to meet their needs. Link therapeutic products to your service to enhance the Guest's experience at home. Participate in many corporate off-site chair or race events in the area. Create and maintain positive relationships with Guests and Team Members. Build that relationship with our guests and be requested often. Be open and willing to work a variety of shifts and hours. (A mix of weekday and weekend)
Comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations. Carry personal liability insurance, plus Hot Stone endorsement is mandatory. Be Guest service oriented and communicate effectively with Guests. Capable of at least deep tissue, Swedish and maternity massage modalities. Be a team player, work an established work schedule, reliable and prompt. Believe in regular massage therapy as part of a healthy lifestyle. Wellness and well being is something you understand, support, and practice.
This is a no drama, very healthy environment. Must have similar values. We are also not like Massage Envy, Hand & Stone, or Elements. We are a franchise, but with a very local hands-on approach to things. In fact, over 50% of our team has now been with from 1 - 3 years and longer. Some have been with us for over 8 years. Hundreds of guests each month.
Looking for those unique therapists that are looking for a place to work at a great location, spacious facility, with a team of people that enjoy working with each other. We will train you to work in a spa environment, if needed, and get you going and busy. Just let us know what you like to do, your modalities, and days/hours each week that will work for you. We'll take care of the rest.
We also offer many benefits unavailable elsewhere. If you work 30 hours or more, you are eligible for subsidized medical insurance with any of the major providers. More than 20 hours or more and you qualify for subsidized vision and dental insurance.
We are looking for a variety of shifts. The shift we are trying to fill right now is somewhat flexible as we are just trying to keep up with the demand. So, let us know when you can work and we will match that to our available schedules. You must be able to work at least 24 - 30 hours/week overall, so a minimum of 3 - 4 days/week. We will need you to work Sunday from 9am - 3pm, or 10am - 6pm, then some other days that can include Saturday (optional), and 2 or 3 other days mostly afternoon to evening (3pm - 9pm). But, let us know what works for you.
Compensation: Base Compensation, plus Bonus + Commission and Dental/Vision Base pay for sessions, then extras for requests, services, and retail, plus your tips. Our therapists will typically earn $25 - $35 per service hour, plus your tips which are typically $20 - $30, so a total of $45 - $65/hour. If you include any add-on services, then it can go up to $50 - $70 per hour, but based on your experience and efforts. Some of our experienced therapist have recently received $100 tips from our guests just based on our various locations and a typical guest.
