Position Title: Land Use Associate Attorney
Location: Bellevue, WA; Seattle, WA | Hybrid
Salary Range: $235,000 – $310,000 annually

Project and entitlement feasibility, permitting, legislative advice, drafting real estate agreements
Appearances before agencies, boards, commissions, councils, courts
