ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation: Meet with potential clients, assess their insurance needs, and recommend suitable coverage options.
Sales and Marketing: Generate leads, follow up on referrals, and actively promote insurance products and services.
Application Processing: Assist clients in completing insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service to clients by promptly addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
RequirementsLicensing: Must obtain the necessary insurance licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to assist and provide exceptional service to clients.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing documentation and paperwork.
