Field Service Representative (FSR) – Join Our Expanding Team!

We’re looking for a skilled Field Service Representative to support growing operations at major U.S. airports. If you’re passionate about troubleshooting, technical maintenance, and ensuring peak performance in high-stakes environments, we want to hear from you!

• Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Anchorage, Alaska
• San Diego International Airport (KSAN), San Diego, California

Work Arrangement:

• Onsite (hybrid or remote options not available for this role)

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot & Maintain TSS Hardware:
• Isolate and replace faulty components such as displays, monitors, and computer peripherals (hard drives, video cards, desktops/laptops, printers, etc.)
• Resolve Software Issues:
• Follow step-by-step procedures to acquire/install software upgrades and patches
• Load operating systems and applications as required
• Update existing software and site data
• System Operations:
• Execute start-up and shut-down procedures
• Conduct system back-ups
• Training & Reporting:
• Train FAA personnel on TSS maintenance and operations
• Operate TSS for proficiency, recurrent, and qualification training
• Brief FAA and contractor management on simulator performance
• Develop and maintain simulator utilization reports
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Backup and manage scenario data
• Act as a Pseudo Pilot when needed (simulate aircraft movements and engage with ATCT controllers)
• Develop detailed tower simulation scenarios aligning with training objectives

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in FAA or US Military ATC, or a combination of both, or a degree in Air Traffic Control/Air Traffic Management from an AT-CTI program.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems, particularly systems as complex as the TSS.
• Key Skills:
• Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining TSS hardware
• Proficiency in generating detailed operational reports
