Job description: Relevant Experience : We need more senior Product Owners; we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the role. Experience in the whole lifecycle is required, including Product Ideation, Product definition and Roadmap, Development, User Acceptance Testing and QA, Launch and Post Launch Maintenance and Development. SCRUM Certification or Experience : The candidate must have either a SCRUM certification or practical experience working in SCRUM environments. Key Competencies: Attention to Detail: The ability to understand complex business problems, communicate effectively both internally and externally, and engage with multiple stakeholders to grasp and understand their needs. Strong Work Ethic and Accountability : Meeting deadlines is crucial, and we require individuals who can consistently deliver results within expectations. Exceptional Collaboration Skills: The Product Owner should excel at interacting with various stakeholders and teams, understanding their needs, negotiating priorities, and ensuring that value is delivered while meeting expectations. Quick Learning: As the role involves working with a production application, the Product Owner should be proficient in navigating documentation in Confluence and Jira and self-learning. Adaptability: The Product Owner may need to take on various responsibilities (wear multiple hats), including but not limited to building test case scenarios, writing test cases in Test Rail, and performing regressions with each release. Work Arrangements: We support a flexible work-from-home schedule but require the Product Owner to be available to come to the office when necessary. Travel Requirement : The Product Owner may need to travel domestically and/or internationally a few times a year (typically 2-3 times for approximately 2 weeks each).
