Executive Assistant – Financial Services Firm

Financial Services Firm seeking an Executive Assistant who is energetic and a team player to support an Executive and a small team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide administrative support to Executive and team
• Manage complex calendars; schedule, arrange and facilitate meetings
• Answer busy phones while ensuring that calls are directed properly and messages are dealt with in a timely fashion
• Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, ground transportation, hotels, visa coordination, etc.
• Draft and edit letters and memos
• Responsible for tracking expenses and ensuring timely reimbursement

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of administrative assistant experience in either Private Equity or Hedge Funds
• Able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously while keeping an attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Discretion and experience handling sensitive/confidential information is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
