As an Event Manager for Nulink Events , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning, design and execution, with a strong focus on the logistical, visual and design elements. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event is a flawless blend of creativity, aesthetics, and seamless logistics. From initial consultation to post-event follow-up, you will manage every detail, ensuring an organized and visually striking experience for all involved.

  • Key Responsibilities:Client Consultation & Relationship Management : Meet with clients to understand their event vision, goals, and budget; offer creative ideas, concepts, and design solutions. Serve as the main point of contact throughout the planning process.
  • Design & Concept Development : Create event concepts that reflect the client’s style and brand, including designing mood boards, drafting layouts, and preparing design presentations. Develop mock-ups to visually communicate event design and layout.
  • Event Planning & Coordination : Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, vendor selections, and logistics. Ensure design elements are aligned with the event concept and executed to the highest standards.
  • Vendor & Venue Management : Existing vendor relationships. Source and negotiate with vendors (caterers, decorators, florists, A/V teams, etc.) to bring design concepts to life. Oversee contracts, deliveries, and execution of design elements on-site.
  • Logistics Management : Coordinate all event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, signage, staffing, seating arrangements, and registration, ensuring everything is seamlessly integrated.
  • On-Site Management : Supervise event setup, execution, and teardown. Ensure design and layout are implemented accurately, troubleshooting any issues that arise during setup and event operations. 
  • Budget Management : Manage event budgets, ensuring costs and logistical needs are kept within financial constraints without compromising quality or vision.
  • Post-Event Follow-Up : Ensure client satisfaction through debriefs, feedback collection, and post-event reporting. Manage billing and payments for vendors and services.



  • Qualifications: Proven experience in event management, ideally 3+ years in a similar role with a strong design and logistics focus.
  • Exceptional design skills, including experience with drafting mood boards, design presentations, mock-ups, and creating 2D/3D renders (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
  • Strong understanding of event planning, vendor management, and logistics.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A creative mindset and ability to problem-solve while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high-stress situations with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in excel.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed. Must have access to a license and vehicle.
