Im Zuge der Übernahme der ATTO-TEC GmbH durch Leica Microsystems suchen wir für unser schnell wachsendes Assay Development Team am Standort Siegen (Deutschland) eine/n Biological Laboratory Technician.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Assay-Technologien und -Protokollen
Durchführung von Verifikations- und Validierungstests
Verantwortung für die Organisation des eigenen Teilbereichs
Arbeiten und Dokumentation nach GLP-Standards
Ihre Qualifikationen:
Berufsausbildung zum Biologielaborant, BTA, oder vergleichbar. Alternativ B.SC. Biologie oder Biochemie.
Expertise in Techniken wie ELISA, Western Blotting, FLPC, IF (ICC, IHC), FISH, RNA/Protein-Kodetektions-Assays, NGS, CRISPR-Screens/Gene Editing, Einzelzell-Analyse, Zytometrie/FACS, Spatial Biology.
Erfahrung mit bildbasierten Assays und modernen Mikroskopie-Plattformen (z.B. Konfokalmikroskope, Lichtblattmikroskopie).
Solide Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Testdokumentationen.
