Job Description

Construction Project Director - Serves as the cornerstone leader of the team.

DUTIES:

• Lead by example in Core Promise to OUTDO and Core Purpose to build great leaders in all aspects of project management and great leadership.
• Drive the development and maintenance of a positive team culture that fosters collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Monitor team workload and propose personnel additions, or changes to optimize team composition.
• Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
• Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team.
• Develop outstanding relationships with internal and external clients, conducting routine client and site visits.
• Monitor project budgets, track project expenses, manage project costs and adjust as necessary
• REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-4 year degree in construction management or similar, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in structural steel construction.
• Skill in empowering team members by delegating tasks appropriately while providing guidance and support, ability to effectively manage remote teams.
• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam software programs.
