What You’ll Do As a Creative Strategist, you’ll take the lead in shaping innovative ad campaigns for top brands. You’ll work closely with our Head of Creative to ideate, strategize, and execute creative solutions that combine data-driven insights with bold ideas. Key Responsibilities: Develop creative strategies and concepts that align with client goals and deliver measurable results. Craft engaging, performance-driven copy for paid social ads across static, video, and UGC-inspired formats. Conduct in-depth research on target audiences, market trends, and competitors to inform creative ideas. Write and present creative briefs to guide internal teams and align with client expectations. Collaborate with internal teams to execute projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time. Analyze campaign performance and use insights to optimize creative strategies. Who You Are A creative thinker with a passion for eCommerce, advertising, and crafting standout campaigns. Experienced in brainstorming big ideas and turning them into actionable strategies. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A collaborative team player who thrives on feedback and brings proactive problem-solving to the table. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years in eCommerce, advertising, or a creative agency. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required). Proficient in paid social platforms and ad formats (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok).
