Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CPA or degreed Accountant with at least 3+ years of experience in financial statements and tax preparation, ideally from a CPA firm. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, paperless environment, with the flexibility of some remote work options.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements for businesses and individuals
- Handle tax preparation and planning for individuals and businesses
- Perform trust and guardianship accounting
- Provide QuickBooks (QBO) support
- Use a variety of tools including Ultratax, ACS, MS Office, and Excel
- Experience with File Cabinet and Practice Solutions is a plus

Skills & Qualifications:
- CPA or a degree in Accounting (preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial statements and tax services
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Ultratax, and ACS
- Experience with file management and practice solutions software is beneficial
