WHAT YOU'LL DOAs our first Corporate Communications Manager at Thyme Care, you'll play a pivotal role in unifying our internal and external communications during a period of significant growth and transformation. We need a strategic communicator who can ensure our internal narrative matches our external success story and that our messaging is clear, consistent, and compelling across all of our key stakeholders. This role is built for someone who's equal parts creative problem-solver and process-driven thinker, who gets excited about architecting how information flows through our scaling organization, influencing and engaging our workforce, strengthening our company culture, and turning effective communication into a competitive advantage.
In this role, you have the opportunity to build our internal communications strategy from the ground up. You will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to ensure that all employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's strategic priorities. This is a strategic execution role where your communication expertise will directly influence the company's culture, growth, and ability to scale.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Thyme Care. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. The base salary for this role is $120,000 - $135,000. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location or at another level.
