  • Recognize life-threatening emergencies and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Timely refer issues requiring physician intervention and guide patients to appropriate care resources, including emergency rooms, urgent care, primary physicians, or self-care options, while demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards.
  • Serve as a resource for fellow triage team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Current unrestricted RN compact licensure required, along with two years of recent clinical practice experience.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and screens.

Why Work With Us?

  • We encourage innovative solutions and a passion for creativity.
  • We promote a dynamic company culture and prioritize ongoing learning for personal and professional growth.
  • We celebrate achievements and recognize contributions within our team.
  • Our comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and more, starting on your first day.

Next Steps:

If selected for further consideration, a recruiter will reach out to you. Even if your experience doesn't align perfectly with all qualifications, we encourage you to apply!
