Responsibilities Support Partners and Senior Associates in a wide array of immigration processes across various business case types, with a focus on O‑1/EB‑1 visas. Prepare petitions for filing and assist with consular appointment scheduling as needed. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school. Member in good standing of the bar of any state. Candidate with 2+ years of experience in the immigration field, particularly with O‑1 visas. Strong communication and writing skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
