Responsibilities Transform creative solutions, concepts, and information into presentations. Collaborate and coordinate with consultants, contractors, owners, and team members. Create detailed drawings, renderings, and mood boards to communicate design ideas. Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and requirements. Document code review and compliance, reviewing shop drawings, project submittals, and more. Prepare project construction documents and specifications. Travel required. Qualifications Bachelor of Interior Design or equivalent. Registered Interior Designer in the state of Texas or eligible through reciprocity. 6‑10+ years of experience. Proficiency in Revit. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign graphic software preferred. Knowledge of Bluebeam.
