Job Overview
The Associate Athletic Director for Sports Performance provides leads and manages the day to day operations of the Department of Athletics sports performance unit. This position ensures that all student-athletes receive comprehensive, holistic, and progressive training, recovery, and performance support to maximize athletic potential, minimize injury risk, and enhance overall well-being. Additional duties include, but are not limited to:
The Associate Athletic Director of Sports Performance reports directly to the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Internal Operations. This position manages the Sports Performance unit which consists of a number of sports performance coaches. This position has been designated as On-Campus. Please note that work mode designations are regularly reviewed in order to meet the evolving needs of the University.

Pay Range:
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $47,586.00 - $87,558.13
Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
