BroadVue Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and organized Assistant Property Manager with previous experience in the Property Management industry.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of property management experience
  • 2 years of apartment leasing experience

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, implementing, and attending activities for residents
  • Responsible for providing professional service at all time
  • Act as a liaison between residents and property staff
  • Organize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively with speed and accuracy
  • Greet all residents warmly and professionally while presenting the community and specific apartments while communicating features and benefits
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • Interact with residents and guests from varied backgrounds and walks of life; therefore, an amicable personality and unflappable disposition are a must
  • Participate in outreach marketing activities regularly to obtain prospective residents
  • Completes all lease paperwork and maintains resident files
  • Create a comfortable atmosphere and stress-free environment for residents and their guests by delivering remarkable customer service
  • Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices
  • Frequent need to see small detail and view computer screens
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and multi-task
  • Knowledge of Real Page, One Site, and Velocity rental systems required
  • Experience with Lease Up is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, Yardi, OneSite, Real Page, and Velocity rental systems.
  • Exhibits honesty and integrity in business dealings and decision-making.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, leadership and presentation skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Able to read, write and speak fluent English.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
