Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

Location: On-site / Flexible Work from Home Options

About Us:

We are a locally owned luxury hospitality company dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences while upholding the highest standards for our exquisite properties. Our mission is to deliver unparalleled service to our guests and clients, and we pride ourselves on maintaining the beauty and functionality of the luxury spaces we manage.

We're looking for a dedicated Assistant Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage vendor relationships, prepare properties, and ensure our guests receive an outstanding experience. You will be collaborating with an elite group of professionals while enjoying flexibility in your work schedule to meet the needs of our distinguished clientele.

Position Overview:

As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and a team of dedicated professionals to oversee daily operations. Your responsibilities will include managing vendor relationships (cleaners, maintenance staff, decorators), assisting guests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that each property is presented to the highest standards. This position offers a blend of on-site responsibilities and remote work, so excellent time management and adaptability are key.

Key Responsibilities:

- Vendor Management: Supervise and coordinate tasks with professional cleaners, maintenance personnel, decorators, and other service providers to ensure that services are delivered promptly and to a high standard.

- Guest Assistance: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their requests, troubleshooting any problems, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay.

- Property Preparation: Oversee inspections, preparations, and setup for guest arrivals to guarantee that properties are clean, immaculate, and fully equipped for our guests.

- Troubleshooting: Efficiently resolve any operational issues or service failures, whether on-site or remotely, to maintain high guest satisfaction.

- Decor & Aesthetics: Collaborate on property decor updates, seasonal styling, and ensure that all visual aspects align with the standards of luxury we represent.

- Quality Control: Monitor all operations to confirm that they meet or exceed our rigorous standards for cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong skills in vendor management and effective communication.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

- Detail-oriented mindset, especially regarding property maintenance, decoration, and guest needs.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

- Flexibility to work various shifts; availability for on-call and weekend hours is essential (this is not a traditional 9-5 role).

- Proficiency with technology and comfort using scheduling and property management software.

- Must have a reliable vehicle for on-site tasks and vendor visits as necessary.

What We Offer:

- A dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

- Opportunities for growth and development within the luxury hospitality sector.

- Competitive salary and benefits package.

- A flexible work schedule that combines on-site and remote work options.

How to Apply:

If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment, we invite you to apply. Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter outlining your experience and why you believe you would be a great addition to our team.

We are an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

Available Shifts and Compensation: We have shifts available seven days a week, with compensation ranging from $15.00 to $25.00/hour.

Join us to make a difference in the luxury hospitality space and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests!
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 15.00 25.00 Per Hour
