Job Description

We are currently seeking Warehouse Specialists to enhance our product fulfillment services. In this role, you will be part of a Values-Driven Culture team, responsible for:

• Receiving: Use forklifts and RF scanners to unload freight and prepare products for stocking.
• Stocking: Resupply bins and maintain inventory using RF scanners.
• Order Filling: Utilize voice-directed systems to select and stage merchandise efficiently.
• Shipping: Load products onto outgoing trailers using forklifts.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
• Capability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Availability on weekends and holidays may be required
• Be a safety champion and contribute to our safety culture
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
• Preferred: Experience in warehousing, distribution, farming, light industrial/manufacturing, or construction
• Preferred: Familiarity with operating warehousing power equipment
• Preferred: Comfort with voice-directed systems
