About Pirates Landing

• Pirates Landing Apartments offers luxury living in Seabrook, Texas, directly on Clear Lake waterfront. 230 Beautifully newly renovated apartment homes with exterior updates such as full property painting and newly added garage/boat storage. 

Essential Duties of the Apartment Leasing Agent:

• Stand up, greet, qualify and "close" prospects
• Assist in maintaining an active and effective social media presence for the property to enhance visibility and engagement
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by promptly responding to complaints, questions, and requests and taking appropriate actions to resolve service issues
• Creating social media content and marketing materials to promote the community
• Marketing / social mediat content creation experience preferred
• GREAT commission opportunities
• Verify application and process paperwork
• Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections
• Generate traffic for the property by performing outreach
• Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer service
• Assist the property manager and leasing manager as needed
• There are 230 units on property!

Required Skills and Experience of the Apartment Leasing Agent:

• Experience in leasing conventional apartments REQUIRED; Strong sales and leasing skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be willing to go above and beyond
• Great attitude flexibility, and professional presentation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
