We are dedicated to excellence in construction and property management, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. Position: Property Manager and Executive's Assistant Location: Ridgewood, NY Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: First point of contact for residential and commercial tenants, build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism, managing lease agreements, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and leasing brokers for maintenance, repairs, and leasing activities. Implement and utilize rental management software (e.g., Yardi) for efficient property management. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Occasional work outside of standard business hours may be required. Represent ownership in court hearings if necessary. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team. Manage and coordinate the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
